When it comes to donor names and gifts, K-PAC – Khan-Poor American Charity Corp – maintains absolute anonymity. The K-PAC administration keeps a close eye on all donor data, gift amounts, and other personal information like street addresses and email addresses. Only on a confidential and need-to-know basis with employees, board of directors, volunteers, and contractors. We do not sell or otherwise share information we collect from our donors to any other party.
K-PAC accepts online donations that are safe and secure. To ensure the confidentiality of personal information and the security of all transactions, K-PAC employs industry-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption. We also collect (but do not keep) credit card details, which are processed by a reliable third-party payment vendor that complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards, such as PayPal or another comparable service.
